As you may have noticed, when a subject attracts enthusiastic followers it can result in the message board being dominated.  The new design caters for this by dividing postings into major areas and these, in turn, into topics.  If you are interested in a particular topic then fine, if not you don't have to trawl through all the postings to find what you're looking for.

We have set it up so that anyone can look at the board.  You only have to register in order to add your input - not so different from the old one when you had to supply your name and email address, except this is a bit more secure in that you now have to get a password which, we hope, will stop, spammers.
