516 Stanage Edge to Redmires

There's something very strange going on at Stanage, for the stream in the Redmires Catchwater seems to flow uphill. If you don't believe us, just stand on this heather covered moor and decide which way is downhill, then look at the water. But you won't find any climbers on the new Access Land, they don't stray far from the cliffs of Stanage Edge. And as for the water defying gravity, it must be an optical illusion. Or is it?
