785 Standedge and Pule Hill

"Winds of the Pennines fresh and free", wrote the poet Ammon Wrigley and we could see what he meant as a gale tried to blow us off Standedge. The medieval Reaps Way led down into sheltered cloughs by Close Gate Bridge, before a final buffeting on Pule Hill.
