906 Billinge and the Promised Land

Rising prominently from the Lancashire Plain, Billinge Hill is well known, but far less visited beyond lies the Promised Land where an ancient farm is at the point of collapse and below lies a wood where birds throng among the trees and, in spring, primroses form a golden carpet.
